Our strongman classes will build your functional strength ability to the greatest degree. Whether you’re new or experienced, our coaches will guide you with technique and safety foremost to ensure longevity and continuous growth. With a class limit of 10 people, you will experience support and encouragement from peers while being led by one of our coaches. Every month you’ll receive updated tailored programming based on your experience level.

ALL SKILL LEVELS ARE WELCOME!

Our Strength Sculpt and Sweat classes focus on maximizing your strength and fitness in a fun small-group setting limited to 10 people in a class led by one of our coaches. You’ll train foundational strength, burn calories, sweat, and tone your muscles through a variety of strength, agility and conditioning workouts.

 

Every month your programming will be updated to keep you progressing towards your fitness goals and to keep the movements fun! We prioritize a fun and welcoming community for you to enjoy and be a part of. Join us in strengthening, sculpting and getting your sweat on to take your fitness to the next level!

Home of the world’s strongest man, Martins Licis, our mission is to make strength and functional fitness training accessible, safe and effective for everyone.

 

Contact us to be paired with an experienced personal trainer, reserve a spot to train in a  strongman class with Martins himself, or inquire about training at your own leisure for a day fee.
